We only ship out live reptiles on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The weather at both our location and your location must be within a safe range for the reptile that is being shipped. We will not ship any reptiles between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve due to the large volume of mail during this time. We only ship to a hub for the safety of the animal. If the weather is not safe or the holiday season is in full swing then we will hold the animal(s) for as long as needed.
Dead on Arrivals (DOAs) are not common and rarely happen. If by chance your animal does not make it to you alive then then we must have proof that the animal is deceased within 30 minutes of you signing for it or all warnties are void. Proof will be asked for in the form of either pictures, videos, and even face time if deemed needed.
If there is an animal of similar value available that you would like we will send it as a replacement and cover half the shipping costs, you covering the other half.
The second option is that your payment (shipping cost included) can be used as store credit at a later date as we do not offer refunds on live animal purchases.
We do not give refunds unless something has happened to the animal while still in our care. Once an animal has left our care a refund will not be given.
We will accept holds and payment plans on animals that are listed as $300 or more. Please see below for our typical payment plans. We will work with you as needed as well but if you decide to do a payment plan and then change your mind we will keep the deposit and you will no longer be able to do payment plans with us in the future.
$300-$500: 25% deposit, paid off in two weeks
$500-$1000: 30% deposit, paid off in four weeks
